Professor Lynne Harris
Professor Harris is the Executive Dean at Sydney Met.
Before joining Sydney Met, she was Dean and Director of Learning and Teaching at APIC, and before that Professor and Associate Dean, Psychological Sciences, at the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP). At ACAP she led the development of a range of new undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs and chaired the College Research and Scholarship Committee.
From 1991 to 2009 Lynne was employed at the University of Sydney, where she served as Associate Professor and Head, the School of Behavioural and Community Health Sciences; Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies; and Associate Dean, Learning and Teaching. Since 2009 Lynne has continued as Honorary Associate Professor with the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Sydney Lynne is also a registered psychologist endorsed in clinical psychology.
She is the author of more than 190 book chapters, reports, journal articles, and conference presentations in the areas of psychology, health and education.
